They have said clearly they will use the money to grow the eVU platform into other Markets. And if you re-read my post, there is no compultion to stay quiet after the MARKMAN RULING has been made...
In short, just about now, EDIG should zip it up to get all the settlements it can get prior to Feb. 2000 when Markman is held, growing its coffers and not rocking the Boat to cause a stampede of the herd of infringers.
