I completely understand that aspect of the arrangement with DM, but that doesn't mean EDIG is to sit quietly until all 184+ are reigned in.

They can speak to their plans based on current IP results without specifically identifying cases yet settled. I realize that right now it is too soon but I hope they have structured a plan to move forward, even it is to say their plan is to become a cash cow.

Their business model is very real and efficient and the world ought to know about it, even if it is spoken of in gross generalities.

JMHO
