It was also noted by those who attended that they were meeting with as many as 5 companies per month recently, which does not jibe with the amount of cases filed to date. Wasn't there a lot of talk in the past that before any discussion it made more sense to file first? If I remember correctly the thought at that time was that if we didn't file first the "potential defendant" could preemptively file in a court that might be more beneficial to them...? Not sure if I'm remembering it correctly.
