Samsung is a slam dunk - they are our 2nd tier stepping stone. We already know they use our tech from the car radio Fusion setttlement a couple of years ago. Not to mention the fact that our tech is pervasive in the industry.

Damages sought in the Samsung case will be the levels we have all been waiting for. We are talking upwards of $100 million in my opinion.

This is our most important case. If we go to Markman and win, the sky is the limit.
