I would guess that all who post here are shareholders and will have no problem with Frank if we don't get additional filings. Everyone knows that the filings are controlled by DM including the timing.
It's a matter of wishful thinking since a lot of discussion on the subject has taken place, just like discussions from the ASM as reported by those who attended.
