Investment implies a return on that investment. The fact that we, as investors, expect the company to do all it can to enhance shareholder value does not imply deceit on anyones part.

There are business channels that do nothing but expose and promote companies for investors to evaluate.

As an investor I believe that EDIG management has a fiduciary responsibility to increase shareholder value when it can. Certainly these are times when it has good reason to get proactive."
