IMO, there will be no partnership, e.Digital will remain autonomous from here on out.
The Boyer deal, I see, as one that required e.Digital to be involved a bit more as a partnership. As Boyer was not a tech company....he was a guy with an idea of business....and e.Digital needed the tech business involved, where it all evolved into a legacy issue dealing with BOW. Legacy issues in contracts need to be addressed.
e.Digital will not be in the position of distress in dealing with anyone from here on out.
