The strategy, when you are considering 184+ identified infringers, can be quite different than a company only going after a single infringer.

Maximizing the opportunity, banking on as much "low hanging fruit" prior to going after the big one looks like a sound approach. It offers a steady growth curve for revenues and profits over time, while a big hit or two can come at any time and surprise.

Then there is the partnership approach. I think we just need to wait and see how the 10K reports and see what managment has to say going forward.

Compared to a year ago, EDIG is on solid ground. As for SAMSUNG, I am in the camp with whatever DM suggests. If they aren't the home run candidate then there are a lot of others that might oblige. The suit is against SAMSUNG Electronics of America....I think Apple is the home run, but we shall see.
