Well they tried to get away with offering only $70 million to SPANSION, who is reorganizing and whose PPS is below EDIG's currently.

What will SAMSUNG's legal team be willing to offer to make EDIG go away and not suffer another front page patent defeat?

Now they are getting dragged back into court to cough up more dough to Spansion.

How do you define smart?

Hopefully this experience will help bring things to a conclusion sooner rather than later.
