TK I don't know who John is but apparently he or someone has convinced you that "speculation of settlements" is an "attempt to sway beliefs". John is leading you down a dark path on the way to uncertainty and doubt.

What happens here is that SS and Jefother post Pacer filings, and the board, working from a foundation of years of busines and professional experience, parses and analyzes the information, and speculates on progress and outcome.

In my opinion, the this is a marriage made in heaven, the realists are off topic and the longs are here.
