murgirl, that quote is a reply from Samsung in Doc 139; it is not from EDIG or the court. Samsung is saying that 76 of the 136 products EDIG has accused don't qualify because of point of sale issues. The court has not ruled on this so we could still have all 136 products considered in our lawsuit.
