I agree, my comment was based on the average you used, as we do have an estimate from RP for the total infringement, that is all 184 are worth several hundred million dollars a somewhat known value which can be used in speculating.

In my analysis I have used 700 million as a rough estimate with 60/40 split. As to the time period, who knows, it will not come in during any single year, more likely over several years, and we don't have any idea what else will happen during that time frame.

In the end it will boil down to an ROI ovr X number of years to include the time value of money. As to the criteria, it varies by company, by market segment, and a number of other factors.
