Oddly enough, it was John Sculley, the former chairman of Apple Computer, who was brought in to run the company.
That sent a lightening bolt through the market and a frenzy ensued. (the company had no revenues but a patent portfolio for cell phones)
EDIG has a history of bringing in new management when it felt it was necessary to change the company's direction.
Will they do it again? Maybe when they have over $300 million in the bank?
Money begats money....
There are so many directions this could go and the possibilities grow with each settlement.
The next round of infringers will be not only interesting but exciting !!!
