SILVER , I agree there was stipulated motion on that in 12/12/2008. but in doc 367
april 30 , 2009 you will notice following discussion
MR. STRAIGHT: Judge, there is one, we have
this issue of in the case there's been a protective
order of competitors, etc., etc. E Digital's primary
concern is there will be testimony that goes to this
motion in limine you've looked at that goes to E
Digital's code and trade secrets, etcetera. We don't
now exactly how the court wants to handle it. We would
suggest something along the lines of sealing that part
of the transcript. We just have an interest in making
sure our trade secret isn't waived by having it
discussed in open court.
I believe there will be motion on DRM contract and $ 25,000 damages along with some
protective order in regard to e.DIGITAL proprietary design.
