If that was really was the case he would have settled before the trial since e.Digital already completed performance on the contract.
The real truth is more like... digecor could have cared less about performance of the contract, they wanted to lie and decive and do anything to put e.Digital out of business and take their work (IP) and make it our own.
The truth is no company should want to do business with such cheats and crooks.
And this little trial could put digecor out of business.
