Message: Re: Tenth Circuit US Court of Appeals peace train!/ richardo

OK thanks richardo...I actually did read that post but forgot. Don't get me wrong, I am thrilled by the Court's final decision and that digEcor lost all its remaining claims. I am equally thrilled that the Court ruled against digEcor on the major suit points through numerous partial summary judgments. I don't like that EDIG got dragged through the mud for 3 years while making several attempts to settle with digEcor. This trial cost EDIG IFE business, attorneys fees/court costs, and the constant distraction/drain on management to assist in the litigation. In the end, there was no winner in the true sense of the word. I trust EDIG has learned valuable lessons going forward when drafting business agreements and dealing with uncooperative partners/manufacturers.

If BOW ever extended an olive branch to EDIG offering another partnership, I would be afraid...very afraid. Reading some of the e-mail traffic between him and his company officers, I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him (which I estimate at about 17.4 inches. LOL). Now that this chapter is behind us and no longer an ANCHOR weighing us down, I am looking forward to EDIG's future and what unfolds.

EDIG, show me the good times and noodle salad!
