I don't know if anyone remembers that I had a conversation with RP relating to the legal costs for the digecor trial.
Asked about legal fees and he commented that we may be able to get back the cost of some administrative and similar expenses.
I mentioned that the decision did not clarify to what extent, if any, that we could go after digecor and recoup our attorney fees.
He stated very specifically that both sides would bear all of their expenses as is done as a matter of practice, without special conditions.
Of course, anything can change, but it was pretty clear as to what he meant.
