I don't think anyone is trying to mislead, but rather many here are just having fun speculating the realm of possibilities while we await the final outcome of current events unfolding. All the speculation is based on the reality of EDIG suing SAMSUNG, which is very real.

Some speculated that digecor would be a big win while others had them owning our technology....it is what happens in chat rooms. Sometimes good things do happen !
