Yes, looks pretty standard....but remember what happened shortly after last years shareholder meeting....settlement # 1 was revealed well ahead of the timeframe most expected.

I would look for something bullish around the timeframe of the shareholders meeting, whether it's details of the SAMSUNG settlement coming to light or DM opening up both barrels....or perhaps something else.
