tier one filings are being directed at companies we believe infringe mainly on key claims within the '774 patent whereas tier two cases are expected to be filed against companies we believe infringe on specific claims within the Flash-R™ patent portfolio pertaining to fundamental techniques in utilizing flash memory (embedded or removable). from edigital Q2 2010 Financials :
Revenues included of $1.25 Million in licensing fees from the company's flash-R TM patent portfolio.
Gil / Doni or anybody
according to the above tier one 774 patent tier two Flash -R. Samsung is tier one the Q says flash -R so now I think and agree with Gil Samsung is not included since samsung is tier one and the Q say Licensing which is from tier two . I am right or I am missing something?
