The terms were confidential (which usually means money) but the fact that they licensed was not. He was just clarifying what was licensed (and what was not). He may have checked with the lawyers before answering - or already knew enough about what he could and could not say.

Notice how we've been getting pretty straight-forward, helpful, and fairly detailed answers from RP ever since the digEcor mess was resolved? At least for things that he can reasonably say. Pretty refreshing.
