Larry, I am speculating that Kyocera Wireless has settled. There is nothing in Doc 176 that says they've reached a settlement. I also believe Leica Camera AG has settled but again no proof. If correct, then yes these are additional settlements to Ikegami, Roland Corp and Roland Group which we know have settled because I heard Woody Jameson tell the judge they had.

Why else would Leica Camera AG and Kyocera Wireless be dismissed? The company names are correct so there wasn't a mistake in filing.

Got to go back to the office now. Will check PACER all day because there should be more dismissal motions or answers by defendants today.
