What do you want for the future of the company?

Paying a few mill for initial patent rights seems fair enough in forming a mutual alliance.

I don't know, perhaps my thoughts are wrong with regard for the future of the company.

I still have in the back of my mind that "our enemies will become our customers"... I can believe that with the DD I have done.

I also believe that they can be invaluable to the industry as a whole. They use to identify their offerings as agnostic? Meaning not subservient to anyone company, or discipline of the industry.....open to any and all.

It's a rough road, but I do believe that is the path they are taking....and DM seems to be on board.

IMVHO.....the legal issues are more than about winning in the eyes of the law....it's only utilized as a tool, if you will.

Would I be the only one having this opinion?

I also believe that what they have to offer in 445(not in linear relation to 774)....can be stretched out beyond 2018 and they will initiate what I think will happen within 5 years.
