It's the I/O of the patents that they are enforcing....where defendants can utilize any serialized or contiguous format.

This is the key element I keep commenting about where they might have the ability to franchise(supply an element) with a license.....or they take it to the extreme legally.

The way I'm seeing it, those that settle with prejudice we have a deal....those without prejudice to be continued to a later date.
