Silver, jefother...did the court ever sanction the Roland deal? I do not have a pacer for what I Figure is a deal in comparing it to IKEGAMI.

I went back through the pacers of the Texas 7 and the only one's noting the style of settlement are Samsung and LG.....both with prejudice.

The others I have no idea how they settled, I wasn't paying close attention to that case.
