The way I'm seeing it, those that settle with prejudice we have a deal....those without prejudice to be continued to a later date.

Those that settle FlashR only.....use their own format....we supply the escapement...ie LG

Those that settle all foreign and domestic patents and Flash R.....we supply the escapement and the rudimentary format.....ie Samsung

RP has also noted to someone here that they have not included the advanced Format, where i can beleive that, as it is not part of the 774 family....though it is devised in consideration to it. IMO, they will be selling this issue before long as settlements come into play. They do not have to make a full blown legal issue out of what they have....they just need to implement within the industry....where, if they are getting a branding with deals, the better.

I don't know about the rest of you....but I see more than legal actions happening for some reason.

I may be wrong, but it 's something to consider for when RP's "elements" come into focus.
