You are right. 7/30 is the "Setting Calandar"...

Judge Watanabe has taken care of all the "Housekeeping details", she came in and set the 7/30 date for all parties to get their "Stuff" in so as the Court and its Experts can go over it...

On 7/30 they will discuss a date for the Hearing and my time line was August-October of 2010 before we get a Ruling...

As you recall there are ORDERS in place alreay on how many Experts can testify, and how many depositions can come in, etc...

I don't know where you are getting this "Next Year dealy?...

Also, remember, RP has been talking about the "Elements" coming together this year, and a "Markman Ruling" I would think would be the "Prime Element" the company expects to have this year and not Next one...
