A very logical perspective, but then why did DM/EDIG agree to 3 early settlements already? Why not wait for the Markman across the board?

I am glad that the Markman hearing looks to happen prior to NOKIA and some other large notables coming to terms, but I think DM will be able to secure some more settlements just with the threat of the Markman going their way.

Like you said, the time frame is relatively short for finding out, by EDIG-land standards.

"DYNAMIC" leads me to believe that DM has the upper hand.
