I'm thinking this stinking economy is as much to blame as anything with everyone hunkering down in anticipation of next years unknown but increasing tax burdens, not to mention real estate crumbling, spriraling debt and a stalled stock market.

As much as SAMSUNG did not live up to early expectations, EDIG did walk away with cash from that confrontation.

Someday I would like an explanation from DM as to why they went after SAMSUNG so early and without being armed with a Markman. All I can think of is it was a trial balloon...pardon the pun.
