We all here wish for a favorable decision regarding Markam. But even if we settle I would like to separate this decision from the pps. How the latter will respond depends also on how the market will evaluate such decision. If DM and Edig go once more through the NDA's and leave us and the market in the dark, I have great misgivings as to how the pps will respond. I hope that the settlements become public knowlege so that some PR can generate public interest.
