Interesting that Olympus Corp. Japan gets a corroborative license on an issue that's not a patent yet, along with everything else.
With that, they went after 4) OLYMPUS AMERICA...no Olympus Corp.
Interesting for sure, will they be out to protect their new interests?
Wounder what the current defendants will think about this. Also note, DM is in charge of that new patent now.
