I read that to mean e.Digital was seeking preliminary information.....that was presented to stream line the entire process.
If I remember, it had something to do with justifying issues of 737.
If they get it late will they be able to use it for the Jan hearing? If not, will e.Digital request a new Markman ?
It's the reason I suggested a good question for RP....lol
