They can't buy back what you do not offer for sale.

I'm not to knowledgable on this myself, but they'd have to pay what the market price was each time..simply stated and more of an opinion. As I think Richardo said, this may take a year to buy enough of the float to have a positive effect...or words to that effect?

They can't buy any of mine for a dime but if we are talking a dollar, I might part with a few.

A share buyback is an indication of financial strength and the companies belief in it's future, as viewed by the investment community, and is one of many ways to drive the pps North, but for a penny stock, not so sure that is a given.
