With 174+ claimed infringers per the info provided at the 2008 SHM, and now that we are in round II of the tier I cases, with 10 settlements and 16 on the hook, there are already some big name companies we have come to terms with, and many big names in this round, so it is reasonable to assume at some point AAPL (note corrected ticker symbol) should be on the list and DM would name them, probably in tier II?

The recent focus and discussion about Apple IMO, is due to their huge success selling widgets, to include market share, earnings, PPS appreciation, stock splits etc, and we feel some EDIG tech is in play. There are 324 products identified by DM/EDIG in these 16 alone.

I agree that getting carried away with speculation may not serve us well, but the what if's are part of the discussion, regardless of what company.
