involves an I/O process that is managed indifferent to the status quo.
We hang on that simple phrase....10 have already considered not to challenge it.
The next few months determine the destiny of this company....and it doesn't matter if its settlements, or Markman determinations.
IMO, if DM is successful here....they push things to a new level.
