Interested in patent law? Many firms claim to do patent work but here are the firms with the registered patent attorneys and agents to back up that claim. Finnegan Henderson wins the top honors in with 276 registered attorneys and agents.

Only 20% of the patent attorneys and agents in the U.S. work for these 100 firms. About a third of the remaining agents and attorneys are not affiliated with any firm or company, working as solo practioners. The remainder, about 55% of all patent attorney and agents, work for corporations, government agencies or smaller firms.
