Just curious, do you know what Newsweek used as their evaluation criteria in ranking DM tier 3 for IP law? Was it purely which firm had the greatest number of IP litigation cases over the last year? Or the greatest number of wins? Was it the greatest number of attorneys who work on IP-related cases? Or was it the greatest number of IP attorneys who could juggle, ride a unicycle and chew gum at the same time?
My point is, not knowing the criteria Newsweek used in their rankings, leaves the results somewhat meaningless. When I see the brilliant, persuasive motions written by our attorneys and their successes to date, I couldn't care less that they are considered "tier 3" by Newsweek.
BTW, DM is tier 1 in other legal areas....whatever tier 1 means.
