again, I will state.. there are no on going royalties. It was a one time fee. As we can see they are using our patents and making money. They are entitled to use these patents for any number of purposes without further payment. They are even allowed to use the patents with third parties on joint ventures but the third party is no entitled to use the patent for their own product without paying. Hope that helps.
