How many of their patents did edig get access to in the agreement? Was the 30 days necessary to work out legal documents giving Edigital to Samsung's patents (how many?) and to protect Samsung's patents if Edigital came up with something using their patents that was VERY innovative? That's something to think about.......Has that been considered?
