I'm sort of surprised we haven't seen more like this before now. It would seem to imply that others ARE playing nice (or we're about to get a bunch more PACERS). Interesting too that this is filed a few days prior to the conference. Wonder if SAKAR will even be attending? Regardless, I doubt they're considered a big fish in this case.... I know I'm not too concerned with them.

I doubt we learn very much from the conference. Everyone seems intent on heading to the Markman, at least for now.
