The problem with vivitar, AKA SAKAR, is that when vivtar got caught redhanded, they filed for bankruptcy and dumped the company to another entity, I think it was inTaiwan, and their US operations were bought by a New Jersey "FAMILA" FOR $160 MILLION or so...
They have been very cavalier about the legal stuff, and their conceilieri is playng his high school game of cutting and pasting some Form Answers to Interrogatories and hoping it will all go away...
What DM needs is to get a hold of Dischino and send Guido over to Jersey to talk to the boys...Lol...Lol...
