who cares how PN is being compensated? What I care about & what everybody else should care about, is how are the shareholders going to be compensated? The Markman isn't going to do anything. Its just a ruling. A company needs a product. Litigation on patents is only a part of it. Edig isn't going to survive on this alone. A Joint Venture or working agreement with someone would be a good start.
