I couldn't agree more. I'd like to see a share buyback announcement and at today's prices, it would not take much at all in funds to significantly reduce the O/S.

Sometimes just an announcement that the company seeks to buy back shares is enough to send a message to the street.

It's highly nlikely that EDIG would be able to buy back 100MM shares at .09, but it could be the impetus needed to say that the company is defending a price, and as shares are 'retired', not just the PPS, but all the ratios (EPS, P/S, etc.) move in our favor.
