You're assuming that the market would sell 100 MILLION shares at .09 in that calculation.
The problem is that those 100 million shares won't be the same 10,000 to 150,000 shares traded between MMs daily to keep the PPS where it is. Unless they want to naked short 100,000,000 shares, the shares bought (in a buyback) will have to actually come from a source other than the MMs.
But the buyer (in this case, EDIG) will actually want the shares to be delivered to be retired.
With the strength of the patents and the portfolios (and new tech) it would be suicidal for a MM to naked short that many shares.... especially if a buyout offer comes in. (Anyone see VSEA today?)
