RP told me specifically that a positive Markman is one aspect of the "elements" they referenced that would draw significant new investment interest. You are right regarding their timeline and I can only surmise that they expected more settlements prior to the hearing. I also think Nunchi was expected to debut last December. Those were their timelines, not any board hype. In fact, if anything, the board discussion highligted those timelines.
I don't recall anyone stating management was faultless. My only point was that management is not the main driver here with respect to this investment's future. DM and Nunally are spearheading the two key fronts for EDIG along with management's imput and approval, ofcourse.
The decision to monetize, no doubt, came from management. Should DM deliver, who will you give credit, and does it matter?
Trying to make it about the negatives regarding management from years ago is to undercut the opportunity at hand.
We all want the pps to move higher and draw more interest from those looking for an undervalued play. There is nothing to be gained from further discussion business models and events that no longer factor into the efforts of DM and Pat Nunally. None of the negative discussions have shed any new light on anything. They only serve as personal weapons in chatrooms.
The 52 week high is only .13. It would be nice to see EDIG eclipse that prior to any official news release. Almost like inside information, chatroom investors have knowledge of a coming Markman and new technology release. Should there be any strength and follow through prior to, and then with news, investors will take notice.
