Hear, hear! However, there are a few that prefer to dredge up past mistakes and missteps by the company. Instead of looking through the windshield at where we're headed, they remain fixated on the rear view mirror and where we've been. It's a classic optimism vs pessimism situation.

Nothing on PACER this weekend. This coming Friday I turn the big 50...would love to have a favorable Markman ruling anyday during my birthday week. That would actually take some sting out of being a half-century old! LOL
