Thank you for your post. As the Brits would say, IT IS SPOT ON...
Enough said about the UN-DECISION and the collapse of the pps to 3.5 cents...
Personlly, I am convinced nothing about EDIG as an investment has changed...
It is merely 11th hour and we are facing a confirmation of the validity of the Patents...
Somehow, reading the document 395 and the great posts by Doni, I am inclined to think that the Hon. Marcia Kreiger singed on to an analysis, prepared mostly by her clerks, that any one with ordainary knowledge could store ANALOG onto a RM, therefore EDIG's claim that they could use FLASH for the storage of digital data,( thus facilitating transmission of horrendous amounts of data without bulky amounts of RAM), was not worhty of being patented, as the examiners first had decided...
This, in fact is totally an incorrect view, as expressed by the likes of all the Giants of Technology like Gates, INTEL, HP, and so on. And DM shall have no difficulty in pressing the Judge to change her views in that, as Doni has observed, it is the uniqueness of the MOS that it can utilize FLASH and meter out digital date is such was that transmission of great amounta of data electronically is made possible. For, as the demand for digital data tranmission is increased, the use of Bulky amounts of Hard disks and various forms of Ram becomes less feasible...
It really boils down to US (old time beleivers) WAINING LONGER...
