"You tell me who the "ambiguity" comment is meant for?" I can only assume that you are saying that it is directed at the defendants. What good does a comment like that do? EDIG has tried for years to get the defendants to pay for what they stole and they are not paying. So EDIG takes it to court for relief and the court seemingly says "work it out between yourselves." What good is the court? If things are so clear cut, why then are we still out in the cold?
