"The company is running out of money" ??

EDIG virtually has the same cash position as it had this time last year, along with no debt.

The two settlements from fiscal Q1 2012 coupled with an even more streamline company overhead has EDIG situated about as good as they have ever been.

Judge Judy is our problem. If DM can find a pathway to settlement or strategize for a reversal of opinion, EDIG will be fine.

If they hit the "block wall" then they likely look to lead with another patent and continue seeking out infringers.

My guess is the judge's decision was to facilitate settlement without declaring a winner. Not what we wanted, but it is what it is.
