I too would love to be heartened, but unless we know the terms of the settlement/dismissal it is difficult to know how valuable it is. It does seem though that our ship has definitely not sunk. I also wondered today--how can Judge Krieger REFUSE to review patent 737 as requested?--isn't it her job to assist in the settlement process and see that laws and patents are are properly enforced?
